Should you suffer from an acute injury resulting in a fracture, the team at Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is more than prepared to care for you.  These traumatic injuries can be complex and may take time to heal, but you will progress daily.

Fractures often present with bruising, pain and swelling over the injured area.  Sometimes you will witness a deformity, such as a bump or bone presenting in an unusual angle.  The fractured limb may cause you the inability to bear weight or use the affected limb.  If this is the case, please contact your local emergency department and or Orthopedics & Sports Medicine for further information and care.
