David A. Hester, MD is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon, specializing in Robotic Arm-Assisted joint replacements, complex conditions of the foot & ankle, and sports medicine.

Dr. Hester is a graduate of Boston University School of Medicine.  He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.  Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Hester completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the San Antonio Orthopedic Group in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Hester has pursued his career in orthopedics by focusing primarily on disorders of the foot and ankle, sports injuries and total joint replacements.  He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Texas Orthopaedic Association, Texas Medical Association, as well as a member of the Alamo Orthopaedic Society.

Dr. Hester is a native Texan that lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Tiffani, and their three sons, Nolen, Holden and Hayden.  He enjoys spending time golfing, fishing and watching his sons in their athletic endeavors.

Michael Pappas, MD
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

Michael Pappas, MD is a board-certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon, specializing in complex conditions of upper & lower extremities including Robotic Arm-Assisted joint replacements.

Dr. Pappas is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Pappas completed a fellowship in traumatology at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Pappas is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

I worked as an adult critical care RN in the intensive care for 11 years before attaining my Master’s degree in nursing from through the graduate program at the University of Texas at Tyler. I have been an employee of Titus Regional since 2007. I have worked as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse as an urgent care provider at the Family Care Center from October of 2016 through October of 2017, and remain a PRN provider there. I am currently working in the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine clinic at Titus. I have a passion for helping anyone that I can, and take pride in dedicating myself to be the best I can be. In doing so, I strive to deliver high quality, competent, and dependable care to the people/patients I serve.

Geoff Kraemer, DPM

Board Certified Surgical Podiatrist

Dr. Kraemer comes to Titus Regional from his recent practice in Western Wyoming. Originally from Iowa, he grew up working on his family's hog farm. He graduated from the University of Iowa with multiple business degrees in 2003, and completed Podiatry school in 2013 at Des Moines University. Fortunately for Dr. Kraemer, he did his residency training in Houston, TX, where he met his future wife, also from Houston. He briefly practiced in Kansas before moving to Wyoming.  He is a surgical podiatrist, board certified by ABFAS (American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery in Foot Surgery & Reconstructive Rearfoot & Ankle Surgery).

He is excited to return to Texas and practice at a facility that can offer comprehensive medical services like Titus Regional Medical Center. He and his wife Christina have a 3-year-old daughter, and are excited to continue building their small hobby farm. In his free time Dr. Kraemer enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, as well as helping build his wife's dream garden.
